Conventional

A welded steel grid is the base for blanking tools. The diecutted sheet can then be separated in the machine and stacked on a pallet.

BSI- AngleLock®-System

The AngleLock®-System allows to reuse parts of the blanking tool frame! This represents for the customer a optimum cost/performance ratio. By a stable and still lightweight design the handling at the die cutting machine is improved. (Flyer)

Vacuum Supported System

In addition to the above mentioned advantages a blanking tool can be equipped with vacuum elements. The sheet will be stopped and positioned then by a pulsed blanking. After blanking the rest of the sheet frames will be hoisted for a trouble-free transport. (Flyer)
